Need to return something?

The Word – The Universal Spirit customers are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your unused purchase send it back within 30 days and we will refund the amount of the merchandise ordered.

Please note that our 30 day money back guarantee is for the amount of the purchase ordered and does not cover the additional expense of shipping and handling costs.
Merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns for items used.

Just follow these easy steps:
Step #1 Call us at 1.800.846.2691 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If you are returning a damaged or defective item and/or want an exchange we will process your replacement order at this time.

Step#2 Print the RMA number in bold print on the outside of the shipping box.
